At Zippo USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our portal.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
